The use of Drywall construction techniques

Abstract

The construction sector in Brazil is one of the most important and influential in gross domestic product (GDP). Therefore, it is always necessary to modernize to achieve achieve the best results in terms of quality, price, deadlines and workload exist in your territory. Drywall arrives in Brazil as a technology compared to the traditional sealing method, with great advantages over the previous method. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the economic feasibility of using the Drywall model in the construction wall of sealing in single-family homes, through budgets made with the data source of the Table National System of Research of Costs and Indices of Civil Construction-SINAP of Tocantins for April 2022 and based on documentary analysis of articles, research journals and methods carried out this work was performed the comparison of cost and practicality of drywall compared to conventional masonry. With the realization of research and budgets made, had as results that Drywall, however much so that in Brazil is not such a popular method, it is more effective both in cost benefit because its cost of material is more into account than conventional masonry and because it is also more effective in the time of the work. It is also a cleaner construction method compared to others, as it generates less debris in its surroundings in the work.
