Effects of the incorporation of the Terra Santa on the economic and financial indicators of the SLC Agrícola

In recent years, the industrial sector has shown a reduction in the participation of the economy, from then on agribusiness emerged as essential for the trade balance, as well as the industry linked to agricultural production. Analyzing the notoriety of Brazilian agribusiness, in its various sectors, accompanied by the expansion of a modality of land exploitation that is rural leasing, a process that, in addition to promoting the social function of access to land, facilitates productive investments based on the assumption of not require immobilization of capital through the purchase of real estate, opening opportunities for producers or companies to access and work in larger areas of land. This article aims to evaluate the effects of the incorporation of Terra Santa on the economic and financial indicators of SLC Agrícola. Specifically, under the performance reflected in numbers publicly reported by the entity in the three-year period 2019, 2020 and 2021. The studies revealed that some indices presented in the statements were negative or reduced, the result of a very risky business, the fact is that immobilizing too much increases the risk. There was an increase in the right to use the asset, while cash suffered depreciation. The analyzes show that despite SLC having presented some negative or diminished indices, its financial structure is still very good, representing enormous potential for recovery.
