This study addressed the integration of cultural curricula and education for global citizenship, emphasizing the need to develop curricula that reflect cultural diversity and promote understanding and mutual respect among different cultures. The general objective was to explore how curricula can be developed to include diverse cultural perspectives, contributing to the formation of global citizens. The methodology adopted consisted of a bibliographic review of relevant literature on the topic, including analyses of case studies and practical examples of successful intercultural educational practices. The results indicated that, despite significant challenges in implementing cultural curricula, there are considerable opportunities to enrich the educational experience and promote greater understanding and respect among cultures. The final considerations highlighted the importance of an educational approach that values cultural diversity and prepares students to act responsibly and ethically in the global scenario.
