Abstract

From this work aimed to demonstrate a practical approach to the concepts culture and organizational communication for effective services. The biggest problem faced by modern businesses is the issue of lack of internal communication, which hinders  circumstantially the progress of work and the same quality of services offered by it this way, this study aimed to evaluate the overall importance of communication internal to the best development of business activities. The specific objectives proposed to evaluate the importance of internal communication for a company; Check how the lack communication can interfere with the process of the company; Evidence working to improve internal communication in an organization and assess the importance of employee engagement for improving internal communication. Thus, we used a theoretical basis for give foundation to the proposed study and ratify the importance of communication to the proper functioning of an organization. Through this study, it was possible to know that there is a growing need for organizations to invest in the internal communication work of their employees. In this way, by communicating with each other, they will strengthen relationship ties to make daily coexistence harmonious, reducing possible conflicts, and thus improving team performance. Communication can indeed be an extremely relevant factor in organizations and that exerts a fundamental influence on the good performance of the services provided by it.
